It means if you are making any video on youtube then

you should check the Topic related videos made before 

by someone else. Go and type the topic you want to 

make a video for and find out how many views you'll 

get if you made this topic. Use your observation and 

try to find out how everyone made this video and

 included which things in their video.

2. C.T.R. or Action Taken

It means if you've made any video then go to youtube studio and then go in analytics. After that see the Graph which shows top views on your video and try this to all of your videos. Then try to find out some things where views got engaged and your video got the best views. Then apply this to all of your videos this will definitely work.
